Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Accepting New Clients
Cynthia works with adolescents and women navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, and life transitions. With more than 25 years of clinical experience, she draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help clients better understand their thoughts and emotions, develop practical coping skills, and feel more confident handling life’s challenges.
Cynthia believes that meaningful change begins with feeling safe, understood, and supported. She creates a compassionate, judgment-free space where clients can speak openly, recognize their strengths, and explore what matters most to them. Her approach emphasizes mindfulness, grounding techniques, self-acceptance, and building hope for the future, while honoring each person’s unique experiences and goals.
Are anxiety, depression, or past experiences making everyday life feel difficult? Are you navigating an unexpected change or struggling to find your footing? Would you like to feel more connected to yourself and more confident in how you move forward?
You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. Cynthia will meet you with empathy and patience, helping you build the skills and confidence to heal, grow, and move toward a life that feels meaningful to you.
Outside of her work, Cynthia enjoys reading, spending time outdoors, camping, traveling, and making memories with her family.
