Licensed Master Social Worker
Accepting New Clients
Helping adults and couples navigate trauma, relationships, life transitions, and personal growth—with honesty, humor, and genuine partnership.
Life can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. Cory believes therapy should be a collaborative process where you remain in the driver’s seat while she walks alongside you, offering guidance, perspective, and practical tools to help you move forward.
Her approach is compassionate but direct. She believes meaningful growth comes from understanding yourself, taking ownership of your journey, and building on the strengths you already have. Rather than seeing herself as the expert on your life, Cory views therapy as a partnership built on trust, curiosity, and continuous learning.
Cory earned her Master of Social Work from Northwest Nazarene University, holds a Dispute Resolution Certificate from Boise State University, and is currently pursuing her Gottman Level Two certification. She also incorporates innovative VR Therapy, expanding what’s possible beyond traditional talk therapy.
As a mother of four, Cory understands the realities of balancing work, family, and life’s unexpected challenges. Outside the office, you’ll likely find her playing video games, riding motorcycles, or finding humor in everyday life. Growing up in Alaska also left her with a lifelong love of seafood.
Cory’s goal is to create a welcoming space where clients feel understood, appropriately challenged, and empowered to build a life that feels authentic and meaningful.
