Christa leads all things clients and connections. She helps connect clients with the right support - quickly, compassionately, and efficiently. She oversees all free client consults, carefully matching new clients with the therapist and services that best fit their needs, while also supporting clients through insurance and payment-related questions to help simplify the process of getting care.
With 16 years of experience as a coach, entrepreneur, and networking leader, Christa brings a relationship-first approach to client acquisition, retention, outreach, and community partnerships. She is passionate about building meaningful referral relationships and provides interactions that help clients feel supported from their very first interaction with K-Counseling.
When she’s not working to strengthen connections within the community, you’ll likely find her exploring waterfalls, admiring birds of prey, or spending time with her family, which includes 6 adult daughters and 10 grandkids - and always with a coffee(or Coke) in hand.
