LILY AUSTIN, LPC
(she/her/hers)
Hi! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. I graduated from New York University with a Master’s degree in Counseling & Wellness. I have experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families. My experience also includes addressing difficult transitions, anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, anger, and impulsivity. I utilize eclectic, person-centered, solution-focused, narrative, and mindfulness techniques. I believe in providing a safe & inclusive space that does not discriminate based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, disability or any aspect relating to a person’s identity. I collaborate with each client to create a unique treatment plan to develop strategies that reduce symptoms quickly to help them create a more meaningful & satisfying life.
I grew up in the Treasure Valley and I recently moved back to Boise. When I am not at work, I enjoy hiking, practicing yoga, playing sports, journaling, cooking, and connecting with loved ones! Thank you for taking the time to stop by to check out my picture and learn a bit about me. Feel free to schedule an appointment with me today.
ANNA O’MALLEY, LPC
I began my career after graduating with my Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling. Following graduation, I pursued additional education & experience in Neurofeedback and Biofeedback. I am passionate about intertwining mental health with body health and brain health. Empowering you to understand the “why” behind your struggles and create the “how” of moving forward is my goal. Through a narrative approach, I support my clients in building self-compassion and integrate somatic experiencing to feel grounded and embodied. The experience of being seen & understood creates a space to release shame, trauma, & stress. I have experience in working with women ready to overcome anxiety, people-pleasing, & relationship challenges. I also have experience with children & young teens, utilizing interactive play to build strengths and encourage healthy habits. You can always expect a non-judgmental, open and honest, encouraging space working with me.
Outside of work you can catch me teaching a yoga class, walking with my dog, “Bruin,” on the greenbelt, trying new restaurants with friends, & skiing in the winter or surfing in the summer in McCall.
Kristina Erickson
I help clients achieve healing through understanding the connection to their brain, heart & body. When individuals understand themselves better, they become confident in who they are. I am passionate in helping clients define their own mental health goals. I know in most situations, people support what they create for themselves. I believe that many times all it takes is one caring person to help an individual discover solutions and make a difference in their life.
AUBREY PLEW, LMSW
Hello. I’m a Social Worker with a background in helping individuals navigate anxiety, stress, depression, trauma, attachment, issues, and difficult transitions. My approach is rooted in a strength-based, person centered, and solution focused perspective. I am an affirming therapist who values and supports each individual’s unique identity, background and experiences. I believe YOU are the expert of your own life, and I’m honored to partner with you to accomplish your mental health goals.
I grew up in Lake Chelan, Washington, but both sides of my family have lived in the treasure valley since the 1960s and I moved back to Boise five years ago. In my free time, I enjoy playing sports, reading fiction, cooking, brewery, trivia, and traveling to Scotland. I look forward to connecting with you soon.
REBEKAH SCOTT, ED.S., LPC, CCTP-II
As a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in PTSD and Narcissistic abuse, I’m passionate about helping individuals heal from trauma in a compassionate and structured way. My approach integrates Narrative and Written Exposure Therapy alongside Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Therapy, ensuring that each client receives personalized, supportive care. I believe in creating a safe, empathetic space where clients feel empowered to work through their experiences at their own pace.
On a personal note, I’m the proud mom of 7 adult children—3 biological and 4 internationally adopted from Ukraine as special needs teenage orphans—and now I’m a loving grandma. My journey as both a therapist and a mom has enriched my life with deep empathy and a genuine desire to help others thrive. I’ve lived in 7 states, from Alaska to Rhode Island, and I love exploring new places. I even ventured to Paris alone for my 40th birthday! Prior to being a counselor, I was a US Customs Inspector and EMT. Whether through travel, motherhood, or my careers, I’ve always embraced life’s adventures with curiosity and care.
