ANNA O’MALLEY, LPC

I began my career after graduating with my Master’s degree in Clinical Counseling. Following graduation, I pursued additional education & experience in Neurofeedback and Biofeedback. I am passionate about intertwining mental health with body health and brain health. Empowering you to understand the “why” behind your struggles and create the “how” of moving forward is my goal. Through a narrative approach, I support my clients in building self-compassion and integrate somatic experiencing to feel grounded and embodied. The experience of being seen & understood creates a space to release shame, trauma, & stress. I have experience in working with women ready to overcome anxiety, people-pleasing, & relationship challenges. I also have experience with children & young teens, utilizing interactive play to build strengths and encourage healthy habits. You can always expect a non-judgmental, open and honest, encouraging space working with me.

Outside of work you can catch me teaching a yoga class, walking with my dog, “Bruin,” on the greenbelt, trying new restaurants with friends, & skiing in the winter or surfing in the summer in McCall.

Chloe Richmond, LPC

Hi, I’m Chloe. I believe anxiety, depression, loneliness, & other uncomfortable emotions to be part of the human condition; I will teach you how to radically accept and cope with them. You may even surprise yourself in how you become comfortable with these emotions, so that they no longer have control over you. My goal is for you to be in the driver’s seat of your life; you are not the passenger. You have the agency & freewill to engage in new adaptive thought patterns and behaviors.

I use an eclectic foundation of DBT, CBT, & existentialism in my practice. These therapeutic philosophies are similar in nature and play well together. I also have experience with eating disorders and personality disorders. I love to work with adolescents, teenagers, adults, & couples. You can expect humor, authenticity, & honesty with me as your therapist. I will provide you a safe space to be vulnerable, to be yourself. I have a passion for pugs, sushi, and long walks on the Boise Greenbelt. I love Boise and plan to stay here for a long time. Thank you for taking the time to learn a bit about me! YVONNE IWASA, LPC

Are you ready to feel better? Life can be overwhelming and sometimes we just need a little help. I am here to support you and help you find the way to feeling good and living the life you desire. I love being a counselor and seeing the profound changes my clients experience in therapy. I am a trauma-informed therapist, trained in EMDR and Solutions-Focused Brief Therapy. I also draw on other evidence-based therapies to fit your needs, including the cutting-edge tools that make K-Counseling uniquely efficient at treating anxiety and other issues. My passion is to find the best way to help you. That includes making therapy a welcoming place. If sitting in an office talking face to face is not your style, just let me know and we can often do therapy while we take a walk.

I have a Masters Degree in Counseling from Adams State University and much of my experience is helping children, teens, and adults through life transitions and grief from loss. I am inspired by my clients’ strength and resilience in spite of what life has thrown at them. I have also worked with children as a school counselor for several years and understand the challenges of the school environment.

Away from the clinic, I live with my husband, Dan and our cat, Lucy. We have three grown children. My favorite thing to do is to spend time with all of them, cooking, playing, and having quality conversation. I also love to read, sew, and watch movies with my husband—and sometimes he talks me into playing golf, which I’m learning to like more. Thank you for taking the time to learn about me. Please click below to request an appointment with me. I look forward to meeting you!

Deciding to seek help is one of the hardest things a person can do. Then, finding a person you trust to take that journey with you can be even harder. Finding that safe place (and person) where you can come and find a way forward with acceptance is critical. My desire is I can be that person for you. I will help you find both safety & solutions to move forward toward overcoming the obstacles you are currently facing. I use a variety of approaches, like Cognitive Behavior Therapy, EMDR, Solution-Focused Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, etc. to target the interaction between the mind, body, & heart.

I’ve been a Therapist since 2012 where I helped our US Military & Veterans heal from the experiences of war and issues with reintegrating back to society following leaving the military. I worked with teens & families. I later felt lead to work with abused and neglected children & teens that were removed from their homes. I later expanded to working with children & families.

In my free time I love the adventures of life with my family and friends, whether it’s surfing an ocean break, hiking that majestic trail, traveling, or relaxing with a good movie. I sincerely look forward to the opportunity to meet and work with you. Thank you for trusting me on your journey of Healing & Hope. Kristina Erickson

I help clients achieve healing through understanding the connection to their brain, heart & body. When individuals understand themselves better, they become confident in who they are. I am passionate in helping clients define their own mental health goals. I know in most situations, people support what they create for themselves. I believe that many times all it takes is one caring person to help an individual discover solutions and make a difference in their life.
